What you are buying

A digital kit for one AI character: a written voice recipe, polite and unhinged persona prompts, first lines and a setup script. You run the character on your own ElevenLabs account. ElevenLabs bills you directly for the voice and for any calls, and its own terms apply.

Adults only for unhinged mode

Unhinged mode swears and roasts. You must be 18 or older to use it. Do not let children use it.

AI characters

The characters are AI creations for comedy. They are not real people, not advisers and not companions. Do not use them to impersonate anyone, to harass anyone, or to deceive anyone about being a person.

Refunds

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. [Refund and fault wording to be added.]
